The Silicone Roof Application is a 3 Step System

Step 1 Cleaning Washing

The first step in the process is washing and cleaning the roofing surface to guarantee maximum adherence of the primer and silicone materials. If debris is not removed you may not get the full value of your silicone roof system.

Step 2 Roof Primer

This step guarantees maximum adherence of the silicone to the substrate. Primers aid in the adhesion of the coating by providing a bond between the surface of a roof and the roof coating. Primers come in many different forms, the type of primer employed will be based upon the substrate, weather conditions, and the type of coating being applied.

Step 3 Apply the Silicone

The final step is the application of the silicone. When properly applied using these steps the silicone will seal the roof top and provide maximum protection from UV as well as the elements extending the life of the roof by up to 20 years.
