Everything Starts with a Phone Call

website inquiry or email inquiry via Team@TheRoofClinic.com—we have potential customers explain what they need us to accomplish so we can gain a better understanding of their current situation. During our discovery process, we ask about the age of the roof, prior repairs (if any), type and color of shingle (if known), how many stories the home is and if the job will be paid for out of pocket or with the assistance of insurance. Our main goal here is to get as much information about the state of the roof as possible so we can schedule a physical inspection.

2. Inspection

We Physically Inspect

the interior attic space for any prior or active water leaks in addition to walking the perimeter of the home for any findings. What sets us apart from other roofers is the fact that we walk the actual roof, no matter the height, for a full diagnostic inspection. Our roof-review process includes a 20-point inspection and taking photographs of our findings, which we provide to the homeowner so he or she is clear about what we found during our inspection.

3. Estimates

Depending on the extent of damage, The Roof Clinic can provide an accurate estimate onsite, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We are confident that our pricing is within fair market value and cost efficient. As an added value, The Roof Clinic provides one of the strongest quality workmanship warranties in the industry. If you find a price lower than ours, simply provide us the estimate of the work you have been quoted. If the work aligns with our recommended scope of work, we will beat the price to earn your business!

4. Scheduling & Financing

We discuss our finance options

and any questions the homeowner may have. If he or she is ready to move forward, The Roof Clinic completes a signed agreement—where the homeowner gives the final say regarding material selection. From there, we schedule the install. Most installs can be scheduled within five to seven business days for full roof replacement or repairs. Depending on the extent of the repair, we can likely carry out the work sooner.

5. Day of Job

A pre-install site inspection is completed

to ensure no potential concerns are present before the install—such as siding issues, plant issues, detached gutters, etc. Then, we carry out a post-install inspection at job completion to ensure the site is exactly as it was before we started (hopefully better). We also take before and after pictures while onsite. We then collect payment via credit card or check.

We dreaded calling for the estimate because we did not know if our insurance would cover the damages. Mr. Eric Thomas inspected our roof, spoke to our insurance adjuster, took pictures of the damage on the roof and inside of our home. He made our roof installation experience a seamless one.He provided a detailed description of every aspect of our installation. He sat down and explained the line items to us and answered all of our questions. Our roof was installed in one day. I went to work with a sad looking roof and returned to a beautiful one! I hope I won’t need a new installation anytime soon, but if I do, I’m calling The Roof Clinic.
